An accessible coding competition
A coding contest with a difference - open to everyone whether you are a hobbyist, a novice or a 20 year vet. There are categories, and even prizes, to fit your level and experience. It is also a great opportunity to learn, to interact with other developers. Don't worry, there will be some practice rounds to ensure you are comfortable.
Compete from home
We would love to see you at one of our events but if you can't make it, don't worry – you can compete online from your home, the local library, your favourite coffee shop (or whereever). Once a question drops, you will have a 6 hour windows to start and finish the code test. Have a look at the schedule below.
Compete in person
Come along to one of our events in Cork, Galway or Dublin – you can come to all if you like. However, booking is required and we'll forward details once you register. Food, fun, gaming and our quirky code battle which is exclusive to event attendees. There will also be prizes on the day thanks to our sponsors. Have a look at the schedule below.

The contest is somewhere for you to test and show off your craft – whether you are a hobbyist, a student or someone with considerable experience. The questions are tailored for your particular experience and there are tons of categories so don't worry, we will get you on a leaderboard in some fashion :)
Get hired by top companies
Taking part in contests such as this are a great way to start your coding career – whether you are looking for a job after graduation or an internship/work experience. You can create a profile to share your results, show your code to possible employers and learn from other developers how commercial code is written. Many of our sponsors are also employers.
Take on friends and colleagues in your own private league
Why not invite a bunch of your friends and family, colleagues or a web community in your very own private league.

Earn badges as your progress through the contest for the accuracy, quality and speed of your code. Create your profile and show off your achievements – you can also add any of your other achievements, for example contributions on Github, Stackoverflow, open source projects etc.
Where
There are 10 rounds of the coding competition – you must compete in at least 6 to be considered for the overall prizes and awards. We are hosting 3 events, you can apply to attend in person or just compete online if you can't make it (or don't want to).
